My First Fire Station Visit

Today Mommy, Grandma, Jaxon and Luke and I got to visit my favorite Firefighter, Ryan. He let us listen to all the sounds and see all the lights. I was a in total amazement over the whole tour! Thanks Ryan for such a fun experience!!

First Christmas Memories

I had so much fun on my first Christmas. Everything I got was such a hit. Of course I think my favorite part was playing with the boxes and my sing along toy! ;)

Christmas at Granna and Pop's!

Mommy, Daddy and I drove down to Pop and Granna's for a family Christmas. I had SO much fun and was loving all the new toys and especially all of the attention. I love my Granna and Pop!

Emma's Birthday

To The Zoo!

Today Mommy and I drove to San Antonio to the zoo with my friends Jackson and Kaylee and their Mommy Allison. My favorite part was the petting zoo and waiting outside of it when the goats discovered my graham crackers!

Our Little Pumpkin Fairy

Today was my first Halloween and I was a Pumpkin Fairy. Didn't seem to like the costume so much, so we made some adjustments later and I looked more like a ballerina! ;)

Pumpkin Patch Fun

Today Mommy and Daddy took me out to the pumpkin patch after school. I was loving holding on to the pumpkins of all different shapes and sizes!

I watched Texas beat OU and cheered them on really loud! I wore my new cheerleading outfit that I swear brought them luck!!

My Trip To Denver

I went with Mommy and Grandma on a trip to Denver. I did great on the flight and even learned to wave hello. I also played with a balloon for the first time. I was very entertained! got lots of play time with some of Mommy's best friends from college's girls. There were 7 of us at one time!

We had slumber parties in the hotel and lots of girl time.

Little Miss Sass!

Growing So Fast

I am growing up so fast...I love playing with Tanner. He even brings me his toys and Mommy helps me play catch with him!

First Teeth

After months of teething I finally have my first two teeth. They both popped out together which was an exciting surprise for Mommy and Daddy

Labor Day Weekend

Mommy and Daddy left me with Grandma for the first time while they went to New York. I missed them a bunch but had some fun while they were gone. I got lots of play time with Aunt Kelly, Uncle Jason, Jaxon and Luke. We all stayed at G's condo.

I also had tons of fun with Daddy's family. They evacuated from Hurricane Gustav and stayed at our house. We played and played and I put on a great show for them!

Learning Business Early

On Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to the office with Mommy. I am learning this whole business concept and trying to keep in tune with the business world through local news!

Great day at church

Today I had fun and didn't cry at all at the nursery. I played and played with 4 other girls and had so much fun. Mommy and Daddy came in and I didnt even want to leave because I was just hanging out and laughing away. Mommy took me in to church for the last hymn and she sang while I held tight to the hymnal. I love to hold on to everything I can, epecially books and hymnals!!

A Few Firsts...

Over the past few weeks I have accomplished some new stuff! I LOVE to drink from cups....SO over the bottles. Everytime Mommy has a drink I have to have a sip. Taking a bath is very tempting when Mommy pours water over me. All I want to do is drink from the cup.

Last weekend I started grabbing bottles (including water bottles) and throw them in my mouth. I hold them in place for a little while until I decide to play with my hands instead.

I've also learned to pull up on the bumper pads in my bed. Soon enough I will be pulled right up to hang out and look over the edge!

I have also starting my scootching. I have learned to move my knees one by one to semi crawl and scoot. It gets me further than I was just laying on my belly! Mommy and Daddy better get ready because I will be in to everything soon!

5 1/2 Month Portraits

We went to JC Penney's again for my 5 month pictures....although it ended up being around 5.5 months! I was a little happier than last time, but still stayed shy and didnt give my big happy smile!

Jumping Queen!

My feet finally touch the floor in my Jumparoo. This is my new favorite activity...I love working out my legs! Alicean filmed me on Sunday when she and Kevin babysat.

On the boat!

I went on the boat for the first time today. The life jacket dwarfed me but it was such an adventure. I smiled and laughed the whole time that I wasn't passed out asleep in Mommy's arms.

First Solid Food

Today Mommy gave me a little solid food along with my bottle. The rice cereal was a little yucky, but I loved the bananas. It is a bit messy, though!

Road Trip - Dallas

Mommy and I survived our first road trip alone. We drove from Austin to Plano and stayed with Mommy's friend Jennifer. In September, Jennifer will have a little girl too!!

More Swimming - Family Time

This weekend Granna, Pop, Aunt Aimee and cousin Emma came to visit. We went swimming and hung out a bunch and had some good times!

Father's Day - First One!

Today I went to church with Mommy and Daddy and then we went to eat to celebrate Father's Day. Mommy and Daddy had a big brunch at the UT Club while I sat and talked the whole time. I love my daddy and was glad to celebrate him!

Standing Up!

I went to visit my friend, Olin with my mommy today. He is a pretty cool guy, so I decided to show off and see if I could stand on my own...and I DID!!
