Today I got to experience a few firsts. Most of the day was spent with paperwork, shots and more tests. Around lunch time Granna came back and brought Pop, who I was excited to meet for the first time. At 3:30 they finally released us from the hospital. Mommy and I were pushed in a wheelchair out to meet Daddy at our car. I now know what it feels like to be in the sun. It was a pretty day, clear and sunny and low 70's. I already love to be outside!
I got placed in the car for the first time. Mommy and I rode in the back seat as Daddy drove (OVERLY cautious and nervous) us home. I was so excited to get home and see the house and the room that was all ready for me. We got home around 4:00 and were greeted by Granna and Pop. They drove in to see me and help us get settled from the hospital.
Grandma came over later to help get unpacked and get Mommy and I settled. Daddy left to work for a little bit and to pick up my brothers, Tanner and Cooper. Later that night they all got home and I got to meet my big brothers. They are the best dogs in the world and just as crazy in person as I pictured!
